Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for booking your stay with us and we look forward to your arrival. We have the following terms and conditions for bookings made.

• Payment to be cash or cheques only
• Please make deposit cheques payable to Buscot Manor
• Guests are requested to arrive after 4.30pm unless arranged in advance
• Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure  and 11.30am  on Sundays.
• In the event of cancellation or curtailment, provided you give us 21 days notice, we will refund your deposit in full.  If less than 21 days notice then we reserve the right to forfeit the deposit against lost booking.  
• Car Parking is available free of charge for our guests, all cars are parked at their owners’ risk and we do not accept any responsibility for damage/theft whilst at Buscot Manor.
• Animals.  We are able to offer grazing and stabling for Horses as well as allowing owners to bring their dog/s  to Buscot Manor at the owners’ risk and responsibility. 

On receipt of the booking form we will confirm your booking which will be deemed a legally binding contract and are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
